B. Educational Qualification & Experience

Office Assistant & Officer Scale-I: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Proficiency in the local language of the RRB state is mandatory. Computer knowledge is desirable.
Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks + 2 years experience as an officer in a bank/financial institution.
Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers): Relevant degree (as per post) with specified experience (1-2 years).
Officer Scale-III: Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks + 5 years experience as an officer in a bank/financial institution.
