Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has officially released the provisional shortlist of candidates for the interview stage for the recruitment of Deputy Director, Assistant Director, and other posts under Advertisement No. 09/2025/Rectt. Cell/Pers./DDA. The Computer Based Test (Stage-I) has been successfully conducted, and the list of candidates called for the interview is now available on the official DDA website. The Delhi Development Authority has announced a total of 1732 vacancies across various Group A, B, and C posts. The table below provides a snapshot of key posts for which the interview shortlist has been released.

*Note: The total vacancies for all 1732 posts are distributed across various other posts like Junior Engineer, Patwari, Stenographer, JSA, MTS, etc., as per the original notification.

Payment was accepted online only through the following modes: Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Card / Mobile Wallet.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess the required degree/diploma from a recognized university/institute in India. The specific qualification varies by post. For example:

• Deputy Director (Architect/Planning): Degree in the relevant field.
• Assistant Executive Engineer (Electrical): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• Legal Assistant: LLB (Degree in Law).
• Junior Engineer (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA): Passed Class 12th with Typing.

Candidates are advised to refer to the original official notification for post-wise detailed eligibility criteria.

Age limits varied for different posts. For the posts currently shortlisted for interview:

• Deputy Director Posts: Maximum 40 years.
• Assistant Director Posts: Maximum 30/35 years (as per post).
• Assistant Executive Engineer: 21-30 years.

Age relaxation is provided as per Government of India rules for candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, PwD, and other reserved categories.

The selection for the advertised posts is a multi-stage process:

1. Stage-I: Computer Based Test (CBT) – This objective-type screening test has already been conducted.
2. Stage-II: Interview – Candidates shortlisted based on the CBT are now called for this stage. The current notice is for this interview shortlisting.
3. Document Verification – Eligibility will be verified with original documents at the time of the interview.
4. Final Merit List – Will be prepared based on combined performance in CBT and Interview.

Important: The call for the interview is purely provisional and subject to the candidate satisfying all prescribed eligibility conditions. DDA will verify original documents during the interview.

4. The shortlist will open as a PDF file (Advertisement No. 09/2025).
5. Use the 'Find' function (Ctrl+F) to search for your Roll Number, Application Reference Number (App. Ref. No.), or Name.
6. If your details are found, note the interview schedule separately available on the website.
7. Download the PDF and take a printout for future reference and for attending the interview.

Shortlisted candidates must bring the following original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies for verification during the interview:

• Printout of the Interview Call Letter/Shortlist Notice.
• DDA Online Application Form printout.
• Proof of Date of Birth (10th Certificate).
• All Educational Qualification Certificates & Mark Sheets (from 10th onwards).
• Degree/Diploma Certificate relevant to the applied post.
• Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) as applicable, in the prescribed format.
• PwD Certificate (if applicable).
• Experience Certificate(s) (if required for the post).
• Photo Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, etc.).
• Two recent passport-sized photographs.
• Any other document specified in the original notification or interview call.

• The shortlisting is provisional. Final selection is contingent upon verification of documents and fulfillment of all eligibility criteria.
• Mere selection for the interview does not imply final clearance of candidature.
• Candidates must report for the interview at the venue, date, and time specified in the schedule on the DDA website.
• Failure to produce any required original document will lead to disqualification.
