Candidates must satisfy the following criteria as of 01 August 2026.

• Mandatory: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university in India.
• The degree must be from a university established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, a State Act, or an institution deemed to be a university under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956.
• Candidates appearing in the final year of their Bachelor’s degree are not eligible. The degree must be obtained on or before the last date of application.
