The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has officially declared the results for the IBPS RRB 14th Recruitment 2025 for Officer Scale-I (Mains), Officer Scale-II (Single Exam), and Officer Scale-III (Single Exam). Candidates who appeared for these exams can now check their results and qualification status for the Interview round. The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 13,294 vacancies across various Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) in India. Note: For the post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose), the Mains exam was conducted and the result is awaited. The final selection for Office Assistant is based on the Mains exam score only (no interview).

Total Vacancies: 13,294. The detailed post-wise and category-wise vacancies are as follows:

Payment Mode: Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Card/Mobile Wallets.

Age Relaxation: Applicable as per Government of India norms: SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PwD (10 years for UR, 13 for OBC, 15 for SC/ST), Ex-Servicemen, Persons affected by 1984 riots, etc. Candidates must refer to the official notification for exact details.

Office Assistant & Officer Scale-I: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Proficiency in the local language of the RRB state is mandatory. Computer knowledge is desirable.
Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks + 2 years experience as an officer in a bank/financial institution.
Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers): Relevant degree (as per post) with specified experience (1-2 years).
Officer Scale-III: Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks + 5 years experience as an officer in a bank/financial institution.

The selection process varies for different posts:

1. For Office Assistant (Multipurpose):
   • Preliminary Examination (Qualifying)
   • Main Examination (Final merit based on this score only)
   No Interview. Final result and provisional allotment will be announced based on Mains score.
2. For Officer Scale-I:
   • Preliminary Examination (Qualifying)
   • Main Examination (Qualified candidates shortlisted for Interview)
   • Interview (Common for all qualified candidates)
   Final selection based on combined score of Main Exam (80% weightage) and Interview (20% weightage).
3. For Officer Scale-II & III:
   • Single Online Examination (Qualified candidates shortlisted for Interview)
   • Interview (Common for all qualified candidates)
   Final selection based on combined score of Single Exam (80% weightage) and Interview (20% weightage).

Interview Stage: Candidates who have qualified the Mains (Scale-I) or Single Exam (Scale II/III) will be called for an Interview. The interview will be conducted by the Nodal Regional Rural Bank in each state. The call letter for the interview will be released separately on the IBPS website.

The exam pattern is different for Prelims, Mains (Scale-I & Office Assistant), and Single Exam (Scale II & III).

*Candidates can choose either English or Hindi for the language section.

• Marking Scheme: +1 mark for each correct answer. Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deducted for each wrong answer.

  • Reasoning: Puzzles, Seating Arrangement, Syllogism, Inequality, Coding-Decoding, Blood Relations, Direction Sense, Alphanumeric Series.
  • Quantitative Aptitude: Simplification, Number Series, Data Interpretation, Quadratic Equations, Arithmetic Problems (Profit Loss, Time Work, SI/CI, Ratio, Average, etc.).
  • General/Financial Awareness: Current Affairs (last 6 months), Banking & Financial Terms, RBI, Government Schemes, Economic Survey, Budget, Important Dates, Awards, Sports.
  • English Language: Reading Comprehension, Cloze Test, Error Spotting, Para Jumbles, Fill in the blanks, Vocabulary.
  • Hindi Language: समानार्थी, विलोम, वाक्य में त्रुटि, मुहावरे, अपठित गद्यांश, वाक्यक्रम व्यवस्था।
  • Computer Knowledge: Basics of Computers, Internet, MS Office, Networking, Security, DBMS, Recent Tech Trends.
