No. 04/2025 was published on 21st January 2026. Educational Qualification (as per Advt. No. 04/2025):

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Agriculture or Food & Safety related disciplines from a recognized university.
• The specific disciplines include Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, Oil Technology, Agricultural Science, Veterinary Sciences, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or any other related field as prescribed in the detailed notification.

• Maximum Age: 40 Years

Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation is applicable for reserved category candidates as per the Government of Madhya Pradesh rules. The exact extent of relaxation for SC, ST, OBC, PwD, and other categories is provided in the official notification.

The selection for the post of Food Safety Officer is based on a multi-stage process:

1. Stage 1: Written Examination – An objective type screening test. The result for this stage has been declared on 21st January 2026.
2. Stage 2: Document Verification – Candidates shortlisted from the written exam will be called for verification of their original certificates and documents.
3. Stage 3: Medical Examination – A medical fitness test as per the standards prescribed for the post.
4. Final Merit List – The final selection will be based on the performance in the written examination and successful completion of document verification and medical examination.
