The selection of candidates will be based on a four-stage process:
- Computer Based Test - First Stage (CBT-1): Online objective test of 100 marks. Candidates will be shortlisted for PET based on normalized scores.
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Qualifying test with physical standards (lifting, walking/running). Standards differ for male and female candidates.
- Document Verification (DV): Verification of all original documents, certificates, and photographs.
