Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (RRVUNL) has officially declared the RRVUNL Technician Result 2026 for the recruitment examination conducted for 2163 posts of Technician-III (ITI), Operator-III (ITI), and Plant Attendant-III (ITI). The computer-based test was held from 24 November to 27 November 2025. Candidates who appeared for the examination can now check and download their result, scorecard, and merit list status online through the official RRVUNL portal. Mandatory Educational Qualification:

• Passed Secondary (10th Class) examination from the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE), Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), or any other recognized board equivalent thereto.
• AND
• Possess an ITI Certificate with NCVT/SCVT accreditation OR an equivalent National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in the specific trade relevant to the post applied for.

Trade-Wise Technical Qualification:

Age Relaxation Rules (As per Rajasthan Government Norms):

• Schedule Caste (SC) / Schedule Tribe (ST) / Other Backward Class (OBC) / Most Backward Class (MBC) Candidates: 5 Years relaxation.
• Women Candidates (General/All Categories): Additional 5 Years relaxation.
• Persons with Disabilities (PwD): 10 Years relaxation.
• Ex-Servicemen: Relaxation as per state government rules.
• Domiciled Widows & Divorced Women: Relaxation as per rules.

The selection of candidates is based on a three-stage process:

1. Computer Based Test (CBT) / Written Examination: This is the first and primary stage. Candidates need to qualify the CBT by securing minimum qualifying marks. The exam pattern is detailed below.
2. Document Verification: Candidates shortlisted based on their performance in the CBT will be called for document verification. They must produce all original certificates (educational, technical, caste, age, domicile, etc.) for verification.
3. Medical Examination: Finally, candidates who clear document verification will undergo a medical fitness examination as per the standards prescribed by RRVUNL. Appointment is subject to being found medically fit.

Final Merit List: The final selection will be based solely on the marks obtained in the Computer Based Test (CBT), subject to qualifying document verification and medical examination.

• Correct Answer: +2 Marks
• Wrong Answer: -0.5 Marks (Negative Marking)
• Unanswered Question: 0 Marks

Exam Language / Medium: The question paper will be bilingual, i.e., in both English and Hindi, except for language sections.

Minimum Qualifying Marks: Candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks (category-wise) in the CBT to be eligible for the next stage. The minimum qualifying marks are set by RRVUNL.

• General Knowledge & Current Affairs: Indian History, Geography, Polity, Economy, Science & Technology, Sports, Awards, Important Days, Current Events (National & International), Rajasthan-specific GK (Culture, Heritage, Rivers, Dams, Power Plants).
• General Hindi: संधि, समास, विलोम, पर्यायवाची, मुहावरे एवं लोकोक्तियाँ, वर्तनी, शब्द रचना, वाक्य रचना, हिंदी व्याकरण के सामान्य नियम।
• General English: Grammar (Tenses, Articles, Prepositions, Voice, Narration), Vocabulary (Synonyms, Antonyms, One-word substitution), Comprehension, Error Detection.
• Mathematics: Number System, LCM & HCF, Percentage, Ratio & Proportion, Average, Profit & Loss, Simple & Compound Interest, Time & Work, Speed, Time & Distance, Mensuration, Basic Algebra.
• Reasoning (Mental Ability): Analogies, Classification, Series, Coding-Decoding, Blood Relations, Direction Sense, Puzzle, Venn Diagram, Syllogism, Non-Verbal Reasoning (Figures).
• General Science: Basic Physics (Units, Motion, Force, Energy, Electricity), Basic Chemistry (Elements, Compounds, Acids, Bases, Metals), Basic Biology (Cell, Human Body, Nutrition, Diseases).
